Return Policy

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact our support team at contact@outlierprotein.com within 7 days of delivery. We’re here to make it right! Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once we confirm the issue, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs. In some cases, we may request the return of the damaged or incorrect item. If so, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

All other sales are final.
